If you book your taxi from your mobile ask for text back, it works exactly the same as callback but send’s you a text instead. It’s free and we’ll send you a text when your taxi is on the way, we’ll give you all the details of the taxi before it arrives so you know exactly what to look out for. We even include a link for smartphones so you can track your taxi on Google maps – how cool is that!
The second text we send tells you your taxi is outside, a reminder of the type and colour of the car, even the registration number just to be safe.
