All vehicles are inspected on a regular basis and are replaced when they reach 7 years old.

All of our drivers are licensed by Southampton City Council and to hold a “badge” they must satisfy strict criteria:
• Carry out an ‘Enhanced Level’ Criminal Records or Police check
• Pass a strict medical examination
• Have a full UK driving Licence for over 2 years
• Pass a comprehensive local ‘Knowledge Test’
